ELG is a group that brings financial and operating lease services for both new and used vehicles, as well as long and mid-term car rental and car sales in Bulgaria and North Macedonia. It introduces fintech innovations in the automobile industry by offering various financing, using, and servicing options for the chosen vehicle.

After selling Eurolease Auto and Eurolease Rent-a-car, and acquiring Mogo Bulgaria from the Latvian fintech group Eleving at the end of 2021, ELG shifted its focus from new to used cars. This move brings the company closer to Bulgarian customers and increases the profitability of its operations.

The proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to fund the business activities of three companies within ELG:

• Uplease: Offering financial lease services for new and slightly used cars to bankable clients.
• Amigo: Providing financial lease services for used cars to both bankable and non-bankable clients.
• Eurolease North Macedonia: Offering financial and operating lease services for new and used cars.

ELG reported a consolidated financial profit of BGN 7.0 million for 2023, including a BGN 5.8 million profit from the sale of a subsidiary. The forecast for 2024 indicates that the lease portfolios of the subsidiaries will increase by more than 25% year over year, and all subsidiary companies are expected to be profitable.
