Impulse Growth is a joint-stock company focused on business and investment activities, including acquiring and managing equity interests.

Impulse Growth was established by the team at IMPETUS Capital with the mission to popularize equity investing among Bulgarian investors and to enable them to participate in Bulgarian or Bulgaria-related growth (growth stock) public and private companies. These are innovative companies showing double and triple-digit sales growth on a global scale of the blue ocean type, as well as companies that regularly distribute dividends (dividend stock). Nikolay Martinov and Viktor Manev, co-founders of IMPETUS Capital, have introduced companies such as Shelly Group (formerly Alterco), Biodit, and Boleron to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The focus of Impulse Growth's activities is to increase the size of the investments made by applying years of experience, knowledge, and investment rules and by distributing the realized income to its shareholders in the form of dividends amounting to 90% of the company's profit, which does not include the effects of investment revaluations.
