INFINITY CAPITAL is an investment joint stock company specialized in strategic purchases and acquisitions of high-yield real estate in all segments of the real estate market in Bulgaria.

The main financial objective of INFINITY CAPITAL is a stable cash inflow arising from real estate owned by the company, namely through:

continuous active management of the company's assets throughout the acquisition/construction/sale/renting out real estate process
effective risk allocation by structuring a diversified real estate portfolio with a variety of uses and locations
effective and efficient scaling of the assets and capital of the company

Since its establishment in 2019, INFINITY CAPITAL has quickly shown to be a serious real estate investment company, acting as a strategic partner in the construction, development and marketing of the project „Gurmazovo House“ - a complex of houses in the village of Gurmazovo (Bozhurishte municipality).

The company completely sold all the properties from the project and realized a gross return of 30% for its initial shareholders.

Two years later, the investment company goes for IPO on the beam market to raise funds to support its first project, now as official owner and contractor, the luxury housing complex „Aristocrat Hills“.
